The countryside in the Šumava Mountains is beautiful no matter if you hike or ride a horse. You can rest in our sauna or during a massage every evening; another option is to have a cup of coffee or a few drinks with friends.
Lipno offers also a beautiful winter holiday – the Lipno skiing resort is situated right next to it while more demanding skiers can go to the nearby Hochficht resort; the area is perfect for cross-country skiing or skating on the frozen lake.
Lipno is a paradise for yachting, windsurfing, kiteboarding and other water sports. You can borrow all you need in the local rental shops and test it right there. Or you can take your family for a safe electric boat trip on Lake Lipno.
The countryside in the Šumava Mountains is beautiful, wild and undamaged. In spite of that it is accessible, safe and hiking paths are well marked. And what’s most important – the beautiful countryside surrounds everywhere.
Hundreds of kilometres of cycling paths through a beautiful countryside with varied surfaces and altitude differences – starting with adrenaline slopes and ending with routes suitable for little children – make a bike or an in-line skating trip.
The Aquaworld indoor swimming pool with water fun facilities such as a wild river, rapids or a shower shaped like a mushroom for children will be enjoyed by anyone during any season and it is right there. After a demanding trip or a day spent skiing, a swim in the pool can sure be very pleasant.

Beaches, swimming, sunbathing and refreshing clean water – this is also typical of Lipno. Would you like to spend a whole day on the beach and swim? It is just up to you... Lipno – the South-Bohemian sea - is the largest lake in the Czech Republic.
Lipno is also a famous fishing resort. You can catch a pike, a catfish, a carp or a pikeperch and other types of fish. Or you can order tasty fish meat in one of the local restaurants.
Winter is beautiful in Lipno and if you like skiing, snowboarding or cross-country skiing you can find a modern skiing resort suitable for a whole family, beginners, advanced skiers and small children.
You can find the Reebok fitness studio just in the building of the residence and thanks to modern equipment everybody can do sports no matter how old he/she is. Sports are supposed to be fun – not drudgery.

Das Hotel bietet 35 komfortable Appartements für 2-5 Personen. Standardgrößen von 26 bis 65 m2.

Die meisten Wohnungen haben einen Balkon oder Terrasse, alle Wohnungen haben einen Parkplatz.

In der Standard-Wohnung befindet sich: - Doppelbett, Sofa, Küche mit folgenden Geräte (Herd, Spülmaschine - nur 4 Bett-Appartements, Kühlschrank, LCD-TV und CD-Spieler), Internet-Wi-Fi,-Russischen und europäischen (SAT1, ZDF, NTV..)TV-Sendern.

In der Periode I (4.1. bis 22.12) - 32 € pro Person.

Kinder von 3 bis 10 Jahren -- 15 €,

Kinder 10 bis 15 Jahre -- 20 €.

In der Periode II ( 23.12 - 3.1) - 50 € pro Person.

Kinder von 3 bis 10 Jahren -- 25 €,

Kinder 10 bis 15 Jahre -- 30 €.

Kinder unter 3 Jahren - kostenfreie Aufenthalt.

Die Preise sind pro Person/Nacht und beinhalten: Unterkunft, Bettwäshe, Reinigung, Parkplatz für ein Auto, Internet und Mehrwertsteuer.

Die Preise enthalten keine zusätzlichen Leistungen:

5 € Frühstück, Küchen Paket, Resort-Gebühr von 1 €/Tag, individuelle Rezeption - Check-in und Check-out ohne Warteschlange, das Kompliment des Hotels - ein Obstkorb und eine Flasche Wein, Frühstück ins Zimmer, Bademäntel, Toilettenartikel (Seife, Shampoo), täglicher Wechsel der Bettwäsche und Reinigung, Nutzung von Sauna, Massage, Fahrradverleih und Park Tour-Extreme.
